Condominium Legal Document Review Program

HB Condominium Legal Document Review

Wouldn’t it be great if you knew if your condominium documents complied with the law? Or if you already suspect that there may be some issues, exactly what those issues are?  Now you can! In the same way that a Reserve Study helps a property manager or a board of directors manage their association more efficiently and effectively, so does the Husch Blackwell Condominium Legal Document Review© program.

For  a  fixed  annual  fee,  at  set  rates  for  three  years,  you  can  have  your  documents reviewed, issues identified, numerous free phone calls of 12 minutes or less and an attorney at one board or unit owner meeting for up to 1 hour.

In response to many requests for a program like this, we are proud to roll out our Condominium Legal Document Review©.  It will tell your association(s) the deficiencies that exist in their documents and provide recommendations on how those deficiencies can be addressed.

The specific documents reviewed as part of the process are defined below, but of course the program can be tailored for the specific needs of any association:

  1. Declaration;
  2. Articles of Incorporation (if any);
  3. Bylaws;
  4. Rules (if any)
  5. Executive Summary;
  6. Statutory Reserve Account Statement;
  7. Annual Budge; and
  8. The last 3 years of Minutes

Please feel free to contact any of our team members and request that we forward to you exactly what you will need to get started with your Condominium Legal Document Review©.

We look forward to working with you.

For more information on the Condominium Legal Document Review©, please see the Condominium Legal Document Review© Update.
